“The Outlook was a charming and enticing holiday facility, in a fascinating area of scenery and tourist facilities.”

The hosts were most accommodating and helpful and we had the most enjoyable break. Plenty to see, do and visit in the area, good food in the surrounding area and we had an altogether delightful stay.

The property

A detached, first floor apartment in a beautifully converted loft space above the owners garage, accessed by a narrow country lane in the delightful village of Llangrove.

Ideally suited for couples, this stylish, one bed conversion is a fabulous haven in which to spend your holiday.

A light, airy environment which becomes a cosy retreat in the evening with the warmth of a wood burning stove to relax beside.

A door leads out to a pretty orchard beyond.

An en suite, contemporary bathroom beside the bedroom has a large walk in shower and inspiring views across the fields.

A shared outdoor swimming pool is an exceptional extra to the apartment during the summer months, heated by solar panels, it's definitely a pool with a view!

The location is equidistant between the attractive, historic market towns of Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth which have lots of independent shops, pubs and restaurants.

You can stroll along the banks of the River Wye nearby, take a river cruise or hire your own canoe and enjoy leisurely lunches in the riverside pubs along the way.
