After parking the car in the ample private space, step into this outstanding 17th-century detached farmhouse, rich in character and surrounded by over 15 acres of rolling fields, landscaped gardens, and more than 6 acres of private woodland.

You enter near the two plush sitting rooms, each featuring an inglenook fireplace, exposed beams, and a bay window.

Throw a log on the woodburning stove—seasoned wood is provided from the farm’s own woodland—and settle into one of the plush sofas as you begin to unwind.

These excellent spaces are perfect for welcoming guests or enjoying a quiet evening after a countryside ramble.

From here, move into the formal dining room, where a large wooden table invites you to gather for shared meals.

Elegant wallpaper adds a refined touch while a curved doorway leading back to the sitting room create a harmonious flow, ideal for sociable evenings.

The heart of the home is the outstanding kitchen, a large, light-filled space with granite worktops, Travertine flooring, and a vaulted ceiling.

An apex window and Velux skylight flood the room with natural light.

Gather around the breakfast bar as the chef sizzles breakfast on the countertop grill, or chill a beverage in the wine chiller while planning the day’s adventures.

The kitchen also features a range cooker and ample space for preparing meals for large groups.

Adjacent is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer—perfect for longer stays.

Just off the kitchen, the snug offers a peaceful corner to curl up with a book or enjoy a quiet moment.

This inviting space is seamlessly connected to the heart of the home, making it ideal for relaxed mornings or winding down in the evening.

Ascend the stairs to discover the minstrel gallery, a striking architectural feature that overlooks the kitchen through a glass balustrade and is illuminated by an apex window.

This elevated space offers a peaceful vantage point and a unique connection between the floors.

The property boasts five beautifully presented bedrooms spread across the first and second floors.

All bedrooms feature exposed stone walls, adding to the farmhouse’s historic charm.

On the second floor, you'll find a double bedroom with an en-suite featuring a bath, shower, basin, and WC, and a twin room.

These rooms are bright and spacious, with white wooden floors and walls, accented by pops of colour in the artwork and furnishings.

Another double bedroom, complete with a Juliet balcony and an en-suite with a roll-top bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC, offers an elegant retreat.

This luxury room also includes a dressing area, an impressive chimney breast, and a window seat with views across the countryside.

A further double bedroom showcases a green-themed décor and a quaint headboard, while the final twin room benefits from a built-in wardrobe.

From some of the bedrooms, you may catch glimpses of horses grazing in the surrounding fields.

A family bathroom, complete with a bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC, serves the bedrooms, while a ground-floor wet room with a walk-in shower, basin, and heated towel rail provides additional convenience.

The second-floor study/lounge offers a serene space for work or relaxation, boasting rural views that are sure to inspire.

Outside, the enclosed garden features a lawn, patio, and furniture, perfect for alfresco dining.
