The property

Broadstairs Beach is a refined raised ground floor apartment with fantastic sea views in Broadstairs, Kent.

Ideal for two couples, families, or friends seeking a stylish base close to the shore, this abode welcomes pets, has a stylish open-plan layout and proximity to local amenities and the beach.

Arriving at the seafront, the elegance of a Victorian building and the sound of waves set the tone for a memorable coastal stay.

Steps lead you to the entrance and as you head inside, the scale of the apartment becomes immediately apparent.

High ceilings lift the space, oak flooring guides your first steps, and tranquil tones introduce a soothing atmosphere that flows throughout.

The open-plan living area draws you in next, unfolding into a bright and airy room where a generous bay window frames an impressive sweep of sea, filling the space with natural daylight that dances across the walls.

An ornate fireplace adds a charming period flourish, encouraging you to pause a moment and enjoy your surroundings.

Settle into one of the two armchairs or stretch out on the sofa, perhaps reaching for a book from the nearby shelf or switching on the TV and speakers for a relaxing evening after a day on the sand.

Continue through to the kitchen where crisp white cabinetry is complemented by subtle accents that add a lively splash of character to the room.

You may pull up a seat at the breakfast bar while preparing a warm drink or gather your ingredients for dinner, enjoying how the layout encourages conversation and ease.

The appliances around you make mealtimes simple, whether you are baking fresh bread, blending a morning smoothie, or sitting down to share a slow breakfast before heading out to explore. Follow the hallway to two spacious double bedrooms where soft tones and a calming feel carry the theme of the property into a restful space.

After time spent walking the coastal paths or browsing the independent shops in town, this is the ideal place to unwind.

The family bathroom sits close by, inviting you to take a long soak in the bath or refresh under the shower before settling back into the living space for the evening. With many award-winning restaurants, cafes and shops only a short stroll away including the world famous Morelli’s ice-cream parlour, step outside and the sea front lies just moments from the door, with a friendly pub and a convenient shop only a short stroll away.

Days can begin with a walk along the beach and end with a drink in hand while watching the tide roll in.

Broadstairs itself offers plenty to enjoy before you even think about travelling further, from strolls along its golden beach to time spent browsing independent shops and lingering in its cafés that curve around the seafront.

When you are ready to explore beyond the town, several vibrant destinations lie within an hour.

Margate brings a lively blend of culture and nostalgia where you can wander the galleries at Turner Contemporary, ride the vintage attractions at Dreamland, and explore the creative lanes of the old town.

Ramsgate adds its own appeal with its striking Royal Harbour, atmospheric tours through the wartime tunnels, and waterfront cafés where you can watch the boats return as the day draws to a close.

Canterbury offers a rich sense of history with its magnificent cathedral, winding medieval streets, and river tours that glide beneath ancient stone arches.

Broadstairs Beach an uplifting base for unforgettable days beside the Kent coastline.

The town of Broadstairs, known as The Jewel in Thanet's Crown, has been a popular place with visitors for centuries. The town offers Blue Flag sandy beaches, fishermen's cottages, Victorian architecture, hidden cobbled streets, clifftop walks, and Bleak House, which was once the Summer home of Charles Dickens. There are also many independent shops, butchers, bakers, tea rooms, gift and antique shops, a quaint old independent cinema, crazy golf and even a teddy bear hospital! This area of Kent offers a plethora of excursions and activities, including the Turner Contemporary gallery, Dreamland Pleasure Park or fascinating Shell Grotto in Margate, Dover with its famous white cliffs and castle, Dickens World in Chatham, the cathedral city of Canterbury, wildlife parks, gardens ...and all of London's attractions are only an hour and a quarter away by train! In addition, the area boasts arguably the most spectacular stretch of golf courses in the south of England including Open Championship venue Royal St George's and Royal Cinque Ports at Deal - host to the 2013 Amateur Championship. The local town of Whitstable is lovely to explore with fantastic eating options and a chance to try the famous Whitstable native oysters. For those looking for peace and relaxation, why not walk or cycle the Viking Coastal Trail? This pathway leads from Broadstairs to neighbouring coastal towns, including Ramsgate. Or for longer walks access the North DOwns way which winds through the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. And with the Channel Tunnel nearby, or ferries available from Dover, you could enjoy lunch in France. Historic and quaint this town may be, but if live music is your interest, then you are truly spoilt for choice! Most of the bars and pubs hold music nights throughout the year, where you can listen to everything from blues to folk, with the Blues Bash held every February and Folk Week every August, each attracting visitors from all over the world.
