  • "The lounge / kitchenette was very small."

The television in the lounge was very small and we often watched it on the bed as there was a much larger television there. There was a nice patio area to enjoy in good weather.

  • "Small and Cosy Accommodation This lodge is small in size with just 3 rooms, but it had a lovely garden area overlooking horses in their paddock."

It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a great holiday in East Sussex. This lodge and 2 other larger lodges are situated on the owners land. The owner was very friendly and helpful, making us feel 'at home'. The location of the lodge is ideal to visit the many attractions in this area including several National Trust properties, the site of the Battle of Hastings, seaside towns, pretty villages and woodland walks. A great base for a great break!
