The property

38 St Margaret's is a well‑placed single‑storey house resting within the South Foreland Heritage Coast, in St Margaret’s At Cliffe, Kent.

Ideal for families or friends looking to explore the coast and countryside, boasting on‑site facilities including two indoor swimming pools, an enclosed outdoor space and the Kent Downs National Landscape close by.

Arriving on the holiday park, you can pull up and park the car close by before approaching this brick‑built property, which sits neatly within its surroundings and feels well established as part of the park setting.

The front door opens into the sitting room, a carpeted space designed for switching off at the end of the day.

A sofa and armchair provide a comfortable place to settle in, whether you are catching up after a day out or relaxing with a film on the TV.

The electric fire adds warmth and atmosphere as evenings draw in, while coastal touches throughout the room reflect the nearby shoreline and give the space a light, easy going feel.

From the sitting room, move through to the kitchen area, where navy fixtures give the room a clear sense of character.

This space works well for everyday holiday living, making it easy to prepare meals at your own pace.

The breakfast bar with stools creates a casual dining spot, ideal for morning coffee, light meals or sitting together while plans for the day take shape.

Tiled flooring adds practicality, particularly after returning from the beach or enjoying the park facilities.

When it is time to rest, the property offers two bedrooms arranged to suit families or friends.

The double bedroom provides a calm place to unwind, with a TV for relaxed mornings or winding down before sleep.

The single bedroom, complete with a trundle, offers flexible sleeping for children or an additional guest, making good use of the available space.

Close by, the bathroom offers both a bath and a shower, giving you the choice between a long soak or a refreshing rinse after active days out.

To the front of the property, the enclosed garden provides a private outdoor space with furniture, offering a pleasant spot to sit with a drink, enjoy a quiet moment in the fresh air or watch the holiday park gently come to life around you.

Beyond the garden, guests can make the most of the on‑site facilities, available via a purchasable pass, including two indoor heated swimming pools that can be enjoyed whatever the weather, along with regular Saturday entertainment that brings a lively feel to the park.

Bars and a restaurant are also available on site and can be enjoyed at your own pace, whether you fancy an easy meal or a relaxed evening out without leaving the park.

The surrounding area opens up into the Kent Downs National Landscape, where rolling countryside, chalk paths and open views invite long walks and unhurried exploration.

A rewarding day out leads to the White Cliffs of Dover, where coastal paths run high above the sea, viewpoints offer places to pause and watch ships pass through the Channel, and the changing light continually reshapes the scenery.

Another day can be spent in Deal, where a mix of pebbled beaches, a historic seafront and independent shops create an easy going coastal atmosphere.

For a change of pace, Canterbury offers a rich contrast, with its famous cathedral rising above historic streets, riverside walks that slow the pace, and a wide choice of places to eat, drink and explore.

Settle into 38 St Margaret's and enjoy coastal days, countryside walks and optional on‑site facilities close to home.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £200.

Dover 4 miles; Deal 5.5 miles; Folkestone 12 miles; Canterbury 18.5 miles

This delightful little spot rests along the famous and idyllic White Cliffs of Dover, on the South Foreland Heritage Coast of Kent. St Margaret's at Cliffe also contains the neighbouring village of St Margarate's Bay, both of which offer a choice of charming local amenities, you can also find the Dover Patrol Memorial, the Pines Garden Tea Room and Museum and the striking Foreland Lighthouse - all of which are worth a look around. A gap in the cliffs presents a lovely shingle beach with opportunities for rock-pooling and a pub serving food which overlooks it as well as being opposite the house previously occupied by Noel Coward and Ian Fleming.
