    “Greenhills is a lovely apartment with fantastic views.”

    It has a very cosy, relaxing,homely feel with nice works of art on the walls. It was nice and clean and the owners were really helpful and communicative. We would definitely visit again.

The property

Boasting a wonderful elevated position within the seaside village of Sandgate and a stroll away from Folkestone, is this charming top-floor dwelling, 4 Greenhills.

This heart-warming base comes within easy strolling distance of the famous mile-long promenade of the Leas, as well as the Lower Leas Coastal Park, where you will find a glorious beach. After climbing the staircase to the second floor, you will be welcomed into a spacious accommodation housing all the necessities for a week-long break with your loved ones.

Situated on the edge of the Kent Downs AONB, Folkestone is a lively port town, with a wonderful mix of amenities and attractions. There are over 100 art galleries and studios in the Creative Quarter and an excellent selection of bars and restaurants at Folkestone Harbour; you can enjoy beautiful sea views to France from The Leas; or enjoy a picnic or BBQ at the beach at The Lower Leas Coastal Park. You can take part in a fantastic selection of watersports at Folkestone’s sandy beach, including sailing, kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding. The town’s second beach is much rockier and a great spot for birdwatching, wildlife lovers and fossil hunting! Explore parts of the 153 mile-long North Downs Way National Trail, which leads from Farnham to Canterbury and past the White Cliffs of Dover through the Kent Downs AONB and Surrey Hills.
