The Picnic Patch is a delightful retreat situated near the Lake District National Park, close to Penrith, Cumbria.

With off-road parking for two cars, this pleasing property is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a serene escape amidst stunning natural beauty.

Upon entering the property, you'll be greeted by an inviting living/dining room, complete with a TV and two plush two-seater sofas, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

The dining area, with seating for four guests, provides an ideal space for enjoying home-cooked meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen.

As the day draws to a close, retire to one of the two welcoming bedrooms.

The first is a double room, complete with a cushy armchair and drawers for storing your belongings.

The second is a twin room, boasting a wardrobe and a nice view of the garden, offering a serene setting to wake up to each morning.

The property also benefits from a sleek bathroom, featuring a bath with an overhead shower, a basin, a heated towel rail, and a WC, providing a space to freshen up before or after a day of adventures.
