The property is BEAUTIFUL and tastefully decorated throughout, right down to the small bedroom. Immaculately cared for, with a high level of cleaning. Very generous amounts of essentials provided, ie loo roll, kitchen roll, dishwasher tabs. laundry/fabric supplies, tablet soap and liquid soap/body wash etc. etc. We also found bath robes in every bedroom, along with gorgeous Egyptian linens on the beds and fluffy cotton towels that are a decent size. The kitchen is very well catered for and Colin and John have thought of everything you might need whilst away enjoying the Lakes. The lockable garage was a bonus for our e-bikes and expensive road bikes and also has a small gym located in it (weights and bench) The location is brilliant, so easy to get to most of the Lakes from the front door and lovely to walk to the pub a few yards away and into Ambleside, ten minutes away.
