Situated right on the outskirts of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park, this property is perfect for families, groups and a furry friend seeking a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

In this wonderful abode you’ll find everything you’ll need to make your stay an unforgettable one.

Kick up your feet on the soft reclining sofas to warm up by the electric fire and watch an episode of your favourite show on the Smart TV, head to the kitchen to cook up delicious meals and have family dinners around the dining table.

In the morning, wake up early and make yourself a steaming cup of coffee or tea, then head out to the sitting room’s or the top floor room’s balcony to enjoy the beautiful sight of the sun rising over the canal and stunning country landscape.

In the evening, why not unwind with a soak in the hot tub as you stargaze and breathe in the crisp country air?

Catch your rest in one of two nicely-decorated bedrooms and get ready for an adventure.

Just a stone’s throw away, you’ll find the market town of Settle where you can visit The Museum of North Craven Life to find out more about the local area, Plantlife Winskill Stones Nature Reserve with its beautifully blooming fields and sweeping views, and Queen’s Rock where you’ll be able to stroll along the river and settle for a picnic.

GARGRAVE

Skipton 4 miles; Settle 12 miles.

A pretty village on the banks of the River Aire, around 7 miles from Malham, with its spectacular limestone cove and scar. In the village you will find a selection of places to eat including a fantastic Indian restaurant, along with a small selection of pubs, cafes and shops. Traversed by the Leeds-Liverpool Canal, cycle route 68 and the Pennine Way, Gargrave is a fantastic base for exploring this part of Yorkshire. Four miles away is the ancient market town of Skipton — “The Gateway to the Dales” — with its historic castle and celebrated high street. On the border of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this is an ideal location for walking, cycling and touring.
