The natural surroundings in the area also perfect for activities such as, cycling, bird-watching, and fly-fishing.
For the more energetic, face the famous Three Peaks challenge, as it is just a short drive away, while Gayle Mill, a fully-restored 19th-century sawmill, which featured on Channel 4’s How Britain Worked, is also well worth a visit.
