A spacious utility room sits just off the kitchen, with a washer/dryer, sink, and dedicated drying area, perfect for muddy boots and wet coats after a day on the fells or by the lake.
The dining room seats fourteen around a large table, making it a great place to gather, eat, chat, and plan your next adventure.
After dinner, you can unwind in the sitting room with its TV and log burner, or head into the second lounge, which offers a selection of board games and books, ideal for rainy days or quieter moments.
Bedrooms are spread out across several floors to offer flexibility and comfort for everyone in your group: On the first floor, there’s a super king-size bedroom with an en-suite (walk-in shower, basin and WC), a king bedroom also with an en-suite, and a bunk room with a small double bed, perfect for adults sharing or children who want a room of their own.
On this floor, there is also the family bathroom, which includes a bath, basin, and WC.
On the second floor, you’ll find another king-size bedroom and a double bedroom both with an en-suite (walk-in shower, basin and WC) and another bunk room with a small double bed.
At the back of the house on a separate landing, another super king bedroom can be found on the first floor, with a downstairs bathroom.
Outside, the house has a small, natural garden with steps leading up to a raised area, an ideal spot for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
Enjoy glimpses of the surrounding hills from the house, especially from the upper floors, where you can look out over the river and rooftops of Glenridding.
