  • "Howgills is a quality apartment, furnished and equipped to a very high standard."

It was very clean and had everything needed for a stay in this lovely part of the country. Communication with Katie was excellent and the welcome hamper contained some real treats. Some pleasant walks nearby as well as further afield where we saw red squirrels, an owl and even a king fisher. Would definitely recommend Howgills and thanks Katie for the care and attention.

  • "We had a lovely stay, however we manged to pick the hottest weekend of the year."

Unfortuantley the blinds and limited openings of the windows made for a furnace of a room and we had trouble sleeping because of this. We still had a great time x
