This upside down two bedroom home has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and the option of a sofa bed. The cottage is tastefully furnished throughout to make your stay in the Lakes one to remember.

Both the bedrooms and bathroom are found on the ground floor and upstairs you will find a spacious kitchen/diner which leads onto the living space where you will find the sofa bed.

Outside you will find a garden with a private hot tub. The space: Corner cottage is charming & comfortable with two bedrooms and the option of a sofa bed, it’s an ideal size for small families, couples, or friends.

Whether you're looking to relax or explore, you’ll feel right at home. The cottage has a private Hot Tub so after a long day of hiking or exploring the beauty of the Lake District, you can unwind in your own private hot tub.

It’s the ultimate way to relax and enjoy the stunning views.

Our garden also has a grassed area which offers a peaceful outdoor space to soak up nature’s beauty.

Whether it’s enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening. With a well-equipped kitchen, you can easily prepare meals at home, perhaps with fresh local ingredients from the nearby market town.

It’s a great way to create your own cosy evenings in!

the living area gives you plenty of space to relax, perhaps with a book or a board game, or even a night in with your favourite film on the smart TV.

It’s the perfect setting for quality time with family and friends. We have one designated parking spot for our cottage which is conveniently situated in the courtyard at the front of the property, the space will have a sign so you know which to use. The board games are stored in the living room cupboard for guests to use during their stay.

Whether you're looking for a fun way to spend a cosy evening indoors or want to enjoy some friendly competition with family or friends. The Lake District is renowned for its breath taking natural beauty, and our cottage offers an easy base to explore the area, from picturesque lakes to scenic hiking trails and charming local villages. Other things to note: We’re delighted to welcome your furry friends to the cottage!

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and maintain the quality of our cottage, we kindly ask that pets be kept off the soft furnishings, including sofas, chairs, and beds.

This helps to keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests, we only allow one dog per booking. As we are in a peaceful neighbourhood, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during the evening hours.

Please be mindful of the surrounding neighbours and ensure that all activities are respectful of their space.

Keswick 17 miles; Carlisle 20 miles.

The bustling market town of Penrith, once the capital of Cumbria, enjoys a central position between the Lake District, the Westmoorland Dales and North Pennines and is ideally placed for taking in all that the region has to offer. Renowned for its wealth of specialist shops, the sandstone buildings of Penrith hide intriguing yards, lanes and alleyways, with a myriad of attractive cottages, gardens and little shops. With a wide choice of excellent pubs, hotels, restaurants and entertainment, Penrith also offers a museum, and Millennium Trails round the historic city streets.
