The property

Beachside Lodge is an inviting caravan in Heysham, Morecambe, enjoying handy parking, beach views, and an enclosed decking space for unhurried outdoor lounging.

Set on an exclusive holiday park, it’s a bright, family-friendly base where sandy shoes and muddy paws are simply part of the plan.

Step into the open-plan living space and you’ll quickly find an easy holiday rhythm: the kitchen is ready for self-catering while the dining area suits everything from lazy breakfasts to lively board-game evenings.

As the light fades, switch on the gas fire, settle into the sitting area and choose a film on the Smart TV while tomorrow’s adventures take shape. Sleeping arrangements are ideal for a mixed group.

The double bedroom comes with its own Smart TV and a private en-suite with a walk-in shower, while the twin room works neatly for children, teens, or friends sharing.

For extra guests, a double sofa bed in the living area adds flexibility without fuss, keeping everyone close to the heart of the home.

Outside, the enclosed decking often becomes the favourite spot, secure for children and two well-behaved dogs, and a lovely place to start the morning with coffee or linger with a glass of wine as the stars begin to appear. From here, plan easy days out along the Lancashire coast.

Morecambe is perfect for a classic seaside outing and promenade strolls, while Lancaster offers a change of pace for shopping, dining, and an afternoon of exploring at your own speed.

For big-energy family fun, Blackpool makes a lively choice for attractions and entertainment.

For something further afield, you can also look towards the Isle of Man or the Lake District for scenery-filled adventures.

However you spend your time, Beachside Lodge in Heysham, Morecambe makes a cheerful base to return to.

Note: This property has a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £100.
