Stake Pool, also known as Stakepool, is a small rural hamlet resting in the Lancashire countryside, it lies between Blackpool and the historic hilltop city of Lancaster. Stake Pool boasts an excellent location on the outskirts of the Forest of Bowland AONB as well as a close proximity to the wealth of attractions in the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Park. Although small, the hamlet benefits from a local convenience store where visitors can stock up on necessities and the Elletson Arms, a village pub serving a variety of drinks and delicious pub fare, ideal for the nights when you don’t fancy cooking! The coast is within reach so you can spend a sunny day on the shores of Fleetwood Beach, families will be keen to explore the myriad of attractions lining Blackpool’s seafront.
