The kitchen area is well arranged for self-catering, with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher helping to keep stays straightforward, whether you are putting together a simple breakfast or an easy supper after hours outdoors.

Gather around the dining table to eat and chat, then move across to the sitting area, where the electric fire adds an inviting glow as you unwind in front of the Smart TV.

The sofa bed provides flexible sleeping arrangements for your group, particularly useful for families with older children or friends sharing.

At the end of the day, the king-size bedroom offers its own Smart TV and en-suite walk-in shower room, basin, and WC, while the twin bedroom is served by a separate shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC, giving everyone space to get ready at their own pace.

Outside, mornings begin on the decking, watching the light shift across the water and deciding when to cast a line from the lakeside below.
