  • "Absolutely filthy throughout, not suitable for kids under 2."

    Needs updating and decorating. A lot of wear and tear. Terrible bedroom layout if you have young children as both single bedrooms are downstairs. Marina not worth seeing, complete dump and rubbish everywhere. Beware of stray dogs that come on site and foul all over the kids park

The issues you reported, including dirty floors, an untidy kitchen, and items left behind by previous guests, fell below our expected standards and were unacceptable. Following your complaint, our management team contacted you directly to discuss the concerns raised and agree an appropriate resolution. A 75% refund was offered and processed during your stay in recognition of the impact these issues had on your holiday.which you choose to continue your stay. Importantly, your feedback prompted an immediate review of our cleaning procedures. The concerns were discussed directly with the housekeeping team, and additional checks have since been implemented to ensure standards are met before future guests arrive. Particular emphasis has been placed on thorough cleaning, final inspection procedures, and ensuring no personal items are left behind following departures. We are also sorry to hear that the property's layout did not suit your family's needs they are detailed in our property description and that you felt aspects of the accommodation would benefit from updating. These comments have been noted and will be considered as part of our ongoing maintenance and improvement programme. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.
