  • "Stunning cottage in a beautiful and peaceful setting."

    Luxurious decor throughout, all furniture and appliances were of a very high standard, and the cottage was fully equipped with everything you could need. Excellent communication with the owner, and welcome from the family. Lovely arrival hamper of goodies. Perfect dog friendly holiday, with walks from the doorstep!

  • "An absolutely beautifully appointed and decorated spacious barn conversion in a tranquil and stunning setting."

    The owners went out of their way to make us welcome and were so friendly and helpful. Fabulous welcome basket, super-comfy beds and an amazing bathroom for long soaks in the bath. Walking distance to a great pub and driving distance to fantastic farm shops, towns, Lincoln city and other attractions. We enjoyed a gorgeous weeks break at the Old Barn and wouldn’t hesistate to recommend it to anyone else, or come back ourselves for another stay. Loved every minute!

  • "Fantastic time had by all at The Old Barn!"

  • "Easily one of the nicest places we've stayed in 15 years."

    Extremely impressed with the spec of the cottage (lovely comfortable beds and sofas, fantastic kitchen and bathroom, beautiful location) and I'd say the cottage looked even better than it did in the photos. Sonia was a fantastic host (friendly, informative and responsive but never intrusive), and a beautiful welcome back was provided which was very welcome upon arrival. Toys, books and games were also made available for our young daughter which were also much appreciated, and the garden was very secure which was perfect for our dog (throws and towels also provided for our dog which was very considerate!).

  • "A beautiful cottage which was spotlessly clean."

    The hosts were very informative communication was excellent from Sonia. If you are seeking tranquility in a luxurious property then this is the accommodation. The log burner added to the coziness on cold evenings , while the bath and shower and not forgetting the ‘Costa’ style coffee machine completed the luxury’s. The cottage has beautiful walks right from the doorstep. While a short car journey also takes you to historical Lincoln. We really enjoyed our stay and are already looking into when we can return.   • "The Old Barn is such a beautiful property, well equipped and comfortable."

    We had such a peaceful relaxing stay. Hosts Sonia and Michael were so helpful and went out of their way to make us welcome. One of the best cottages we have stayed in. Lots of great walks close by with our dog. We are definitely going to be staying again, we loved every minute of our stay.

  • "Have had an enjoyable break at the Old Barn."

    The accommodation is in a peaceful area, easy to access and comfortable. Perfect base to explore Lincolnshire for the first time including Lincoln and Skegness. Sonia and Micheal were very attentive to any problems. Would definitely return again.

  • "The Old Barn is spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable."

    All of the appliances and fittings are top quality and worthy of a 5 star rating. We stayed for a week to explore Lincoln City cente and other attractions in and around Lincolnshire and had a great time knowing we'd be returning back to the Old Barn in the evenings where a comfortable, quiet, good night's sleep was almost guaranteed, as it's so quiet. Thanks Sonia, We loved our stay at the Old Barn and look forward to staying again when we next visit the area.

  • "We have just returned from a two week break at The Old Barn."

    This place was truly stunning. Every attention to detail has been thought of to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The barn was spotless and had all you needed, the coffee machine was brilliant and the bathroom was amazing. Sonia and Michael were lovely hosts, so welcoming and made our stay so special. Catherine and Paul from the Old Manor Hall on the grounds were such a lovely couple. Our dog Charlie made friends with Betsy and Smudge and of course the farm cats! There are so many wonderful places to visit and great walks around the area. Hopefully we will return soon as cannot recommend this property enough, it was truly exceptional.   • "An amazing property full of character in a very peaceful and quiet setting surrounded by trees and a pond."

    The kitchen is a dream kitchen full of every kind of appliances and the bathroom is beautiful. Beds are extremely comfortable and we were very sad to leave.

  • "A Barn Conversion Gem."

    We loved our stay, the property itself was a stunning blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The glass spiral staircase was a unique and eye catching feature that perfectly complemented the barn's original character. The property was spotless, spacious and so so comfortable. The interior design was impeccable with attention to detail in every corner which made it a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the surrounding countryside. The garden complete with a wildlife pound was a lovely place to sit and relax with a morning coffee. We had the gorgeous farm cats visit occasionally and they were ever so sweet. The owners ensured we had a great stay even proving a lovely welcome pack which included wine and chocolate. Overall our stay was a fantastic experience we couldn't fault it. The comfortable accommodation and thoughtful amenities made it a perfect place to escape and recharge; a little piece of heaven. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

  • "The Old Barn is a gorgeous property."

    We enjoyed a week here with our dog who loved all the walks we found around Lincolnshire. Sonia,the owner, was so welcoming and genuinely keen for our holiday to be enjoyable. The barn has everything you need and more ! The location is perfect for exploring around the Lincolnshire wolds. The barn itself is beautifully decorated and we absolutely loved staying there.

  • "We loved The Old Barn!"

    All the rooms were spacious, well thought out and comfortable. We spent a good deal of time enjoying the gorgeous garden watching the moorhens on the pond and relishing the delightful tranquillity. Sonia, our host was incredibly helpful and welcoming leaving us a wonderful basket of goodies and answering any queries extremely promptly.
