The property

Mariner's Nook is a delightful pet-friendly house nestled in the town of Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire.

Suited to families and friends seeking a coastal escape near Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape featuring proximity to the beach and local amenities.

Park on the driveway, with space for two or three cars, before making your way through the front door into the hallway, where the stairs lead upstairs to the bedrooms and the rest of the home opens out ahead.

Continue into the sitting room, where the sofas invite you to put your feet up after a day by the sea and switch on the Smart TV for a relaxed evening together.

Further inside, the dining kitchen provides a sociable place to cook and gather around the table.

Fire up the gas hob or electric oven to prepare a family meal, keep everything chilled in the fridge/freezer, and pop the kettle on while you catch up over a morning coffee.

From here, step into the conservatory, where you can sit back with a drink and enjoy the garden views before opening the doors and heading outside.

The garden provides a lawned area for two well-behaved dogs to stretch their legs, while the outdoor furniture offers a spot to enjoy your morning coffee or sit out with an evening drink.

When it is time to turn in, head upstairs to find two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for families and friends.

Start the morning with a soak in the bath or rinse off beneath the shower in the family bathroom before heading out to discover more of Cleethorpes.

With the town centre and beach within a pleasant walk, along with a nearby shop and pub, you can leave the car behind and explore the local area on foot.

Take the dogs for a walk through Cleethorpes Country Park, where 160 acres of countryside open out around a peaceful lake, with swans gliding across the water, trees lining the footpaths, and picnic tables providing a place to stop for lunch.

Head to North Promenade for a seaside stroll, taking in the coastal views before grabbing fish and chips and an ice cream to enjoy by the beach.

Pull on your walking boots or hop on a bike and explore the Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape, following bridleways through the rolling hills and taking in the scenery as you make your way through the countryside.

After a day exploring the coast or countryside, return to Mariner's Nook and unwind in your comfortable coastal base. I need a paraphrased version, keep the name of the property the first word please, for formatting purposes do not add paragraphs
