  • “This property was ideally situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, within easy reach of both Lincoln City and the wonderful Lincolnshire coast, in a countryside abounding with fine walks and many interesting things to see, deeply steeped in history.”

Donnington on Bain is a friendly village wit two good shops and an excellent pub, serving a wide range of good food at most reasonable prices. We were very happy there, The Stables is a comfortable, modern property, well laid out, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Access to the off street parking is very easy and straightforward The cottage is warm, well equipped and easy to manage. Instructions were clear and accurate. Every needful thing was provided and worked perfectly. The only thing that went wrong was two relatively brief losses of Wifi, but these were external (Good old BT!). This is the best property at which we have stayed in England and we would very happily go back to it, A big thank you to the owners.
