You can enjoy a beach day at any time of year on the vast beaches of the Lincolnshire coast – Theddlethorpe or Moggs Eye are good places to start. For something a bit more lively try any of the well-known coastal resorts – Cleethorpes, Sutton-on-Sea and Skegness. A 45 minute drive takes you to Fantasy Island theme park at Ingoldmells, where you can ride thrilling rollercoasters or just enjoy the faces of your family and friends riding them! The Georgian market town of Louth is a hidden gem. The town is blessed with a wide range of independent shops and eateries. For something cultural, visit the Louth Museum, or take a look round the impressive medieval parish church with its famous spire.Nature lovers will love local nature reserves at Red Hill, Snipe Dales, and the internationally important Donna Nook and Gibraltar Point reserves.
