  • "We stayed at the cottage with 3 adults and 2 children (3yr old & a 15month old)."

The cottage was lovely however it wasn’t the cleanest and just gave the impression that little bits of maintenance or upkeep were missed ie, skirting boards were dirty, no door stencil on the bedroom door with bunkbeds in, dirty washing either off prev tenants was left in washing baskets, blinds on the doors for garden were wrecked, shower either didn’t work or when it did it cut out and tripped the electrics in the house. There was a decent size hole in the living room by the step as if heading towards kitchen, aswell as a missing floor board in the main bedroom with double bed. But it was a lovely cottage and a bonus was the garden was enclosed for the dogs.

  • "We had a lovely stay."

Ideal location as not far from the beach. The area is nice and quiet and shops a short walk away Met the owner who was keen to make sure we were ok. Hot tub was a hit with the family too

  • "What a welcoming holiday let, we stayed for two weeks."

Hot tub perfect, Quiet location. Eateries and pub in walking distance. We took a Uber taxi down to clock tower area approx £5, but a nice walk too. Took my two small dogs whom felt immediately at home. All in all a fab time will definitely return.

  • "It's a good property but needs to fix some issues like all of the TVs not working at all."

No WiFi password to be given to us. And main thing specially in winter boiler drops the pressure after every few hours if you dont know how to fix it it will big trouble for anyone. And the last and main things The Hot Tub half of the hot tub wasn't work like no bubbles at all on half of the hot . BUT I STILL LIKE THE PROPERTY AND THE AREA WAS GOOD AND QUITE AND CLEANED TOO.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you liked the property, the area, and the cleanliness, but we do want to address the issues you mentioned. The TVs, WiFi password, boiler pressure, and hot tub should all have been in proper working order during your stay, and we understand how frustrating it can be when things aren’t as expected. However, we did provide a contact number specifically for reporting any issues, and no call or message was received from you during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have resolved these matters immediately. We take your comments seriously and will ensure everything you’ve highlighted is checked and corrected. Despite the concerns, we appreciate that you still enjoyed the property overall. Property Owner
