  • "Most luxurious accommodation - lots of bathrooms, massive kitchen, extensive lounge seating."

Accommodated twelve in our party comfortably.

  • "Only issue we had was the door lock falling off trapping people in the loo - luckily was quite amusing and property owner was informed - he was lovely and will sort straight away."

Would love a hot tub on the property as a suggestion for improvement it would’ve just really topped off our stay. Lovely property, lovely location, friendly owner

  • "Fabulous accomodation."

Morris was helpful, there if we needed him, but unobtrusive. It is a very special house amazing views and handy for the local shop. Very spacious well equipped, I usually take my own pans but no need. Beds were comfy and it was spotlessly clean. We were a family of 12 and we had lots of room. We loved our stay and will definitely be rebooking.

  • "This was our 2nd stay at AEL Y Bryan Country House in the last 3 months, the 1st being the 27th September 2021."

We again found the facilities to be exceptional and had a wonderful few days even though the weather was a bit grim, but it didn’t stop a few of our group from having a dip in the sea on New Years Day (Brrrrrrrrrrrr) We hope to return for a 3rd visit in future

  • "Wow! What a fantastic house to stay in."

It was so well equipped for all our needs, and was so comfortable. We were a group of 12 adults and there was plenty of space both for doing things all together and having some separate space in the house. It was a delight to stay here, and Morris was so helpful. Highly recommend. Leona

  • "Fantastic stay at Ael Y Bryn, would definitely recommend."

The kitchen and dining room were particularly lovely, and the entire property was clean and felt very welcoming. Rooms were a great size and easily accommodated all 10 adults for cooking, eating, sitting in living room together etc. The location is also great, only about 20 mins walk from a lovely beach. It was private enough whilst also having amenities like a Spar shop close by. We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed our stay.

  • "We stayed at Ael y Bryn for a small family vacation."

The property was in great condition (just refurbished) and excellent for entertaining with the spacious dining room / kitchen and the gas BBQ on site. The view from the front of the property over the coast was amazing. Location is great for access to beaches (Barmouth, Harlech, Shell Island etc) and we managed to have a great week with the weather which made our stay all the better. We would definitely stay here again. Morris (owner) lives just next door & was hospitable and helpful for any queries we had.

  • "We were SO impressed with this house!"

And the sunset views from the front door over the sea and mountains were just amazing. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for 12 people and the bedrooms were really comfortable. We hired the house for a farewell get-together of friends as we are emigrating but we really didn't want to leave after 3 nights! Hopefully we can book again next time we visit the UK.

  • "We had a fantastic week there and everything we used around the house was in excellent condition."

Owner really nice too and only saw him when we went and asked him about how we leave the property on day of departure. Would definitely visit again.

  • "House is good."

.but owner lives next door and always keep watching us what we are doing. Its bit annoying and uncomfortable for us and owner entering into the property without permission and when we ask him, he always saying he needs to fix something. There is a room which he can enter into the property from that room.. We always have a feeling that he is also entering when we are not yet home.

Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate you chose to breach your contract by bringing more guests with you than were permitted. My insurance only provides protection for 12 people, not 16 like you had in your group. It is the first time in my 15 years of property letting I have had to ask guests to leave early. I live in the property next door but would only ever enter the property with the customers knowledge, and certainly never enter the property whilst customers are not in situ.” Property Owner
