  • "We stay at Sunnysands a couple of times a year and this isobe of the nicest vans we have stayed in."

Clean, comfortable and modern and in a nice position on the site. The only negative thing for us was no bedside lamps so we had to get out of bed to switch the light off. Great week, would stay again.

Thank you Jane for your great feedback and looking after our van for us, you are always welcome x Property Owner

  • "My family and I had a lovely week in Sunnysands caravan park."

The caravan was very clean and you can see how new all of the appliances are. The van had been cleaned before we arrived and it was spotless, the cleaner wasn't happy with the quilt cover that the previous tenant's had left so she went out and bought a new one. Cooking was easy as all the utensils were available. There's a wonderful beach just a stones throw away so great for keeping the kids happy, I was pleasantly surprised that dogs were allowed on it too. Booking the holiday was very easy and the customer service in general was excellent. All in all a great little find, would highly recommend and will be back soon. Thank you ????

Would definitely use again . Thank you ????

  • "Perfect caravan for our family with 3 children, spacious walk-in wardrobe in the main bedroom, caravan has a magical view, Sunnydays caravan site has a direct access to a beautiful beach, local shop with decent prices, swimming pool with very warm water perfect for our 11 months old baby and 2 older children."

Only 5mins by car to Barmouth city center, we recommend to take Barmouth ferry and then return ticket for a steam train to Fairbourne. It's a massive attraction, children loved it!!

Thank you for your lovely feedback - delighted you love our van as much as we do. Thank you for looking after for us. Property Owner

Great location, 2 minute walk to a fabulous beach, ideal for walking a dog or children to play on. Also a good clubhouse. We easily caught the train to Barmouth and Aberdyfi. Will definitely be back

  • "The caravan is lovely, modern, spacious and comfortable all the facilities you need and in a great location with the beach just a couple of minutes away."

The locations for pubs and restaurants is perfect with Norbar being a favourite especially for the gorgeous sunsets, the on-site facilities are also great and bar/club has a beautiful sunset view. The added bonus is the heated pool which is lively and warm and clean and especially great for rainy days! All in all we will be back after a wonderful week away ????

So glad you loved your holiday with us, thank you for the review, welcome anytime! xx Property Owner

  • "Fantastic holiday."

Lovely caravan and close to all Site facilities and fabulous beach. Loved the decking area, weather was fantastic so we could sit outside with a cuppa watching the world go by. Site staff very friendly and accommodating couldn't do enough for us. Really enjoyed the fact that this caravan is also available to hire with another one right next door, so it made our family holiday as we hired both and had enough space for the whole family. Only thing was the steps leading up to the caravans are a bit wobbly and were not great for me as I have a few mobility issues, a ramp would be better, but fab holiday and will be back.

Thank you for your feedback. 2 and half stars for everything seems a little harsh based on your glowing comments. I do sincerely hope everything was satisfactory for you as we have very high standards and aim to please. Kindest regards. Property Owner

  • "Great location ."

Beach two minutes walk, so clean and quiet. Caravan, quite new, clean , fresh and most comfortable. Site shop well stocked , well attended bar open during the day and evening. 10 to 15 mins drive from a number of quality restaurants, Bay restaurant, Bank restaurant etc. Intend to make a return visit in the near future

So pleased you enjoyed your stay. We hope to be able to welcome you back again sometime xx Property Owner

  • "A beautiful new caravan, in pristine condition, it wasn't the best weather as can be expected for the time of year, but the comfort of the caravan made it easy to relax whilst we were stuck in."

The only slight niggle was the TV was quite small and I'd forgotten my glasses, hehe. All in all we had a great time ,in a lovely holiday home. Hopefully we can book again next year xxx

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Property Owner

  • "Great location and lovely caravan."

A few minutes from a great big sandy beach which was usually pretty empty. The dog loved it too! Great view of mountains from caravan. Easy walk to pub in Talybont. Well situated to explore snowdonia including hiking up Snowdon. Caravan was pretty new and had plenty of space for the 2 of us and had everything we needed. We had a lovely time and would recommend it.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback . Property Owner

  • "We had a lovely week stay in this emaculate caravan."

It was situated in a lovely spot with gorgeous views of the mountains. Easy access to the beach which we walked daily with our dog. We would highly recommend a stay here. I think a good addition to the van would be some coat hooks in the hallway as we had no were to hang our wet coats. Also a hook on the bathroom and bedroom doors to hang dressing gowns, and bath towels when in the shower. Apart from that we could not fault our stay in this lovely modern caravan.

I have noted your recommendations and will look to source some hooks as I agree some would be a great addition. Thank you for your great feedback. Property Owner

  • "We had a great time on holiday in this van as it has everything you need, great location on the site and the van itself was just like being at home with all you need."

We will be staying again as communication was smooth and all done in a timely manner.

  • "Absolutely beautiful caravan very clean apart from a couple of plates but very comfortable."

My granddaughter loved the decking watching the train go past and very cool on late afternoon. Weather was stunning too hot sometimes however we couldn’t of picked a better week. I would definitely book this caravan again, put some of the others to shame that were situated around it. Loved it thank Julie xx

Thank you for the review - your feedback is most appreciated, We will ensure plates are scrutinised after each letting going forward . We look forward to you holidaying with us again xxx Property Owner

  • "Lovely week away for myself, partner and our dog, the location of the caravan is only a 2 minute walk away from a beautiful beach and a 5 minute drive from barmouth."

We loved the outdoor seating area and the lovely views that came with it, the caravan itself was modern and had a homely feel to it..will be booking again soon.

  • "We had a lovely break in a new, clean well equipped comfortable caravan with breathtaking views of the distant hills."

We had a problem using the extracter fan over the cooker, which was quickly resolved by the owner who sent us a video of how to use it. The site was quiet with the government restrictions still enforced. The caravan was self clean which was easy except suggest a mop and bucket would make cleaning non carpeted areas easier plus a brush steel for sweeping brush. Apart from this it was home from home. Will definitely stay here again.

  • "Please scrutinise the whole caravan on arrival, as we had no accidents but lost our £150 damage waiver due to a minute hole in linoleum that was described as an unsightly rip in flooring requiring the whole flooring to be replaced which we don’t know wasn’t already there , it appears so small."

Just check thoroughly with these guys.

We understand the damage that was caused to the caravan during your stay must be upsetting / frustrating for you, as it is for us. Any repairs costing less than the waiver once repaired or replaced will of course be returned. Any Scrutiny is encouraged and promotes looked after holiday homes for your enjoyment.
