Your home away from home

Bwthyn Morse is a beautiful double fronted, Grade II listed Georgian cottage, in a peaceful location, secluded yet not isolated, the cottage is on the outskirts of the coastal village of Llanfair, on the fringes of the Snowdonia National Park, with the historic castle town of Harlech, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, just a mile away.

North Wales' coast and mountains are two of its most valuable assets, and you can enjoy both of them from this charming cottage.

Lying within the grounds of the owners' own home, the cottage forms part of their small country estate with a tennis court, woodland, gardens, and extensive lawns.

It's a fantastic holiday home for a couple, friends, or a family looking for a relaxing, peaceful holiday.

Lovingly and sympathetically renovated to a high standard, the cottage is beautifully maintained and well presented with great attention to detail and original features.

In the well-stocked kitchen, warmed by the AGA cooking range, you'll find fresh herbs picked from the owners’ garden.

The dining room has views across the lawns and gardens, and after dinner, you can curl up in front of the woodburning stove in the stylish, comfortable sitting room.

Upstairs, two beautifully styled bedrooms have large, sumptuous beds and views over the gardens.

One bedroom has a super king-size bed, which can be divided into two singles.

Just off the split-level landing, the bathroom, with its freestanding bath and separate big drench shower, comes with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.

For an extra bit of pampering, the owners can arrange a manicure, massage, or even a holiday haircut in the comfort of your cottage.

This is the perfect place to sit back, let your shoulders drop, and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this stunning place.

Take a stroll around the gardens and woodland, enjoy a game of tennis, or just relax on the lawn with a drink as you look out over the countryside.

With little light pollution, you can stargaze long into the night, and if you’re lucky, you’ll hear the owls wake up as you wind down.

This is a perfect location from which to explore this delightful area at any time of the year.
