  • "This is a lovely, cosy cottage, perfect for two with a kitchen big enough to accommodate the dog’s crate without any bother."

It’s nice to have a little space at the back to sit out on if the weather is good enough. For now, the steep stairs and low eaves are no bother for us - apart from continually cracking my head on them! - and we’d happily stay here again. It would be good to have an actual wardrobe somewhere for hanging up clothes as the back of the door isn’t a great substitute but that’s a minor point in an otherwise very well equipped cottage.

Good communication with owner. Nice supply of wood & welcome pack to start us off. Thank you. PS - suggest updating instructions to include guidance for hot water booster.

Matt. Thank you for your suggestion. We will certainly include this when we update our Information Guide later on this month. Hope to see you again. Regards Jane Property Owner

  • "We had a great week at Livet Cottage, very clean and tidy."

There was everything you needed available and if it wasn’t then the hosts sorted it - my daughter was really cold one day so they lent us a hot water bottle - so kind & appreciated. Lovely open fire which we used a few times & a great welcome pack on arrival which after an 11hr journey was much needed. Will definitely go back it’s a lovely cottage in a lovely place a real home from home

  • "We really enjoyed our stay."

The cottage was just as described: modern inside, very clean and really well located for our adventures. Everything had been well thought out and provided for (the kitchen even had all we needed for making family meals - a list of everything provided could benefit future guests). The village was cosy and quiet with two play grounds, a MUGA and picturesque walks. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
