  • "Lovely location and the owner has provided everything you need to make this a home from home break."

Welcome message with all key code information the morning of arrival day. Pint of milk in fridge for a cuppa on arrival. Slight issue with some cleaning (oven and microwave) this was remedied quickly with a message to owners and a return by cleaners at our convenience. There is currently no onsite access to beach due to recent storm damage (5th May 22) Alternative path appx 25 minutes walk via Azure seas holiday park. Maintenance man arrived one morning to paint balcony overhang this had not been communicated to us and changed our plans that morning. Great Chinese takeaway at entrance to park and a down to earth friendly village pub with huge outside seating area. Village shop is at back of pub. This is a lovely part of the country and I look forward to a return visit and be happy to book any of Gary’s properties again.

So sorry your experience was not perfect. I really appreciate the feedback as these were real genuine issues due to storms causing lack of access from the property to the nearest beach access point. Apart from the beach access you found to be some distance away, I'd like to reassure guests that there is also another alternate access point to the beach just approximately a 2 minute walk away, at the other end of the campsite. These things do happen in a well used holiday business. We will always aim to resolve or react to issues anybody has on their holidays in our holiday homes and I'm glad we could sort the microwave issue etc straightaway. The balcony work was being done as soon as we were aware it needed attention, as we like to keep the property well and as regularly maintained as possible and apologies if this inconvenienced you on this occasion. It was great speaking to you and we have now improved the villa regarding your suggestions. Property Owner

  • "A clean and lovely apartment at a great location."

Eventhough there were facilities to sleep 6 upstairs, it would have been a bit of a squeeze for 6 to relax or dine together downstairs.

Thanks so much for taking the time to respond. We have designed downstairs as more of a lounge area. There are extra chairs upstairs in a cupboard if required. We are glad you enjoyed the location. Property Owner

  • "Villa is in a really great location, perfect for exploring Suffolk, Norfolk & the surrounding area."

We stayed as a family of 4 and were comfortable for our whole week away. The on-site bar & restaurant were really reasonable, with a good Sunday roast on offer as well. There’s a nice pub over the road too with a nice play area in the garden for children.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. The location of 109 is fabulous for the facilities. We personally love the pub grub when on a short break and have a great relationship with Chris and his team. We are so glad you enjoyed your time in Villa 109. Property Owner

  • "We've just had a fantastic half term holiday week at villa 109."

Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, v clean. Kids loved going in the swimming pool most days (we had to book in advance) great to have the playground nearby and grassy areas for outdoor games. Perfect location for seeing beautiful sunrises if you're up early enough! Well situated for exploring both Suffolk and Norfolk. Lovely food onsite, enjoyed a carvery at Coast and a meal at the White Horse across the road. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to any family.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. We simply love great feedback like this. We love it when people have great holidays! Property Owner
