  • "The hideaway is a decent newish property with a lot to offer but needing a few tweaks."

On arriving at the property and accessing the keys, only one worked properly and we were unable to access the front door. We reported this to Sykes and the Management care team but nobody came back to us! The bottom of the oven was dirty and the property could definitely do with some operating manuals. If these minor adjustments get sorted the property will go from good to a very good property imo! Having said that we had a great week, exploring most of North Norfolk and enjoyed sitting on the patio each evening in the garden chairs (that we purchased)

  • "The cottage was very clean and comfortable."

Perhaps some written instructions regarding the bins and recycling would be helpful, and instructions for the electrical appliances. The foundry arms is a friendly pub, and the walk to Overstrand is pleasant.
