  • "Clean & comfortable."

A little dated and a few items need replacing. However these did not detract from the lovely relaxing time we had.

  • "Property is in need of an upgrade (kitchen cupboards are rather dilapidated) and it definitely needs a bigger TV for the room it is situated in."

That being said, it is in a very nice setting and we were made to feel very welcome. The wonder of Norfolk made it all worthwhile. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

  • "We received a warm welcome from the property owners, and a thorough tour."

Lovely cottage in an idyllic situation. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. However, the busy main road close by is constantly quite noisy.

  • "Cottage was comfortable and spacious, access to dinghy and swimming pool was great."

It was very warm and having the fan provided did help. Small things that should be considered upgrading, frying pans, shower, beds and bedding. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Being able to hire a boat was an added bonus.

  • "An absolutely fantastic holiday."

Granddaughter loved the swimming pool, available whenever she wanted too. Lovely clean cottage. Very welcoming and helpful host. Definitely going back.

The over bath shower left much to be desidered.i.e. not too user friendly. The facilites, sauna, swimming pool and owing boat were excellent. Motor boat hire was on hand and adds good dimension to an otherwise excellent stay.

We used their boat hire several times and had a fantastic time. The swimming pool is a real bonus - just on our doorstep so we used it several times a day. Would definitely recommend.

  • "Had a lovely break."

The owners were so friendly and couldn’t be more attentive. The cottage was very clean and welcoming. My only observation is that it could do with a bit of modernising, a bit tired in some places but It would not stop me rebooking in the future.

  • "We had a lovely comfortable holiday even though the weather was awful."

The swimming pool is excellent and the front patio is very pretty. The views across the river with the moored boats and occasionally the canoes that go by are a lovely feature. This place was a little gem.
