    The property is spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable week. It’s also beautifully decorated, which made it feel especially welcoming. It was the perfect base for our family of four, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

  • "Pippin Cottage is the most welcoming, bright, clean, well equipped holiday home you could wish for."

    However, initially, we did experience some difficulty with the TV-control instructions. There is plenty to do in Beaumaris, the Castle is wonderful and the Court House and Jail are very interesting museums. We had a lovely sail around Puffin Island, visited the life-boat station at Moelfre, and the Hidden Gardens near Menai. Beaumaris is conveniently situated on the beautiful Isle of Anglesay Coastal Path.

  • "Pippin Cottage is a great place to stay."

    It is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Only 5 mins walk down to the town centre and the waterfront - perfectly placed. I was popping out regularly for walks and to explore the great shops in Beaumaris. Also convenient for exploring the whole of Anglesey. I definitely recommend Pippin.

  • "The cottage is beautiful, everything has been thought of, so tastefully decorated, open and light."

    The kitchen had everything you could need, the bed is super comfortable. The cottage is a 5 minute walk to Beaumaris with lovely shops on the way. Had a lovely stay and I will be back to Pippin Cottage soon.

  • "We have just returned from the most wonderful stay at Pippin Cottage."

    The accommodation was beautiful - incredibly spacious, spotless and well equipped. We came with our two young children who were thrilled with the box of toys and beautiful garden to play in. The cottage is in the perfect location and only a couple of minutes from the centre of Beaumaris. There is car parking on the road outside. It does get busy but we did always manage to get a space. We really did have a fabulous time and would not hesitate to recommend Pippin Cottage!

  • "Pippin Cottage was in a fabulous / prime location, with lovely decor, which we were very pleased with."

    Beaumaris is beautiful & we had a great time. Sadly the couches were worn & uncomfortable, & the frying pans need replacing

  • "Pippin Cottage is ideally located within walking distance of the seafront, shops and restaurants."

    There is also an EV car charger within a 10 min walk which was handy. The house is nice, tastefully decorated and has all the amenities required, there is plenty of space for a family to chill out and play games. The shower is epic, although the tap in the bathroom is ridiculously loud! Would recommend to others for a family short break.

BEAUMARIS

Menai Bridge 4 miles.

Beaumaris is a well known historic town on the Isle of Anglesey situated on the Menai Strait and overlooking the Snowdonia mountain range, making for the most stunning of sunrises. With its medieval castle (now a World Heritage site) dating back to the reign of Edward I and its Victorian pier, gaol and courthouse, it is also known as a major centre for yachting. Beaumaris is rich in history and retains much of its medieval street pattern. It’s setting, diversity of architectural styles and periods, differing scale, open spaces, varying roofs and overall quality contribute greatly to the town’s character. There is a good selection of shops, restaurants and public houses, as well as fishing opportunities and boat trips in the town, plus a golf course nearby. Along the coast is a large bay called Red Wharf Bay; its Welsh name is Traeth Coch (Red Beach) and the area is renowned for its glorious sunsets. The bay is very shallow and at low tide, almost 25 square kilometres (10 sq. mi.) of sand is uncovered providing safe bathing, perfect for wonderful family fun, fishing and miles of stunning scenic walks. Further afield is the port of Holyhead, which has regular ferry links to Dublin. Beaumaris is a good central base for touring Wales, in a beautiful location on the south coast of the picturesque Isle of Anglesey, within easy reach of the spectacular mountains of Snowdonia.
