The property

Pattaya is a fantastic reverse-level terraced house in the village of Y Felinheli, Gwynedd.

It has magnificent sea views to admire from the balcony as well as the garden, and accepts pets, making it a perfect destination for a family getaway.

Enter your new holiday abode and walk upstairs to chill in the sitting room.

Claim the corner of the sofa first or sit on the armchair as you sink into it.

As you get used to your new surroundings, stick on the Smart TV and find a show to indulge yourself in.

When feeling like something to eat, use the electric oven and hob to cook up a delight.

Serve it on the dining table for everyone to share some quality time together.

After food, sit out on the balcony to enjoy the views or go downstairs into the back garden.

Y Felinheli, formerly know as Port Dinorwic, is situated on the beautiful Menai Strait between the historic town of Caernarfon and the cathedral city of Bangor. Home to a yachting marina (the UK’s only Historic Grade II listed Marina), this small village offers a wide range of outdoor activities for all ages and abilities. Water sports, such as sailing, kayaking, and paddleboarding, while the village’s surrounding woodlands provide excellent trails for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.
