Nant Y Felin Cottages

Centrally located in the seaside village of Criccieth on the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales, these two delightful, detached cottages are situated within the grounds of the owners own home and are located within a short stroll of the beach, castle, shops, pubs and restaurants. The properties have had recent full renovations for 2020. Being single storey, they are ideal for any guests who have difficulty with stairs. Both cottages are nicely appointed with full gas central heating and offer compact and cosy accommodation with en-suite shower rooms, providing the perfect base, ideal for couples. Holly Cottage and Fir Tree Cottage can be booked individually or together to offer flexible accommodation and are perfectly located for exploring this beautiful coastline of North Wales. Criccieth offers an extensive beach and a castle, both only a few minutes’ walk from these holiday cottages. Enjoy a spot of lunch or afternoon tea in one of the many cafes in the village, or enjoy a drink in one of the local pubs after a romantic evening stroll along the beach. From Porthmadog, only five miles away, take the Ffestiniog Steam Railway and travel the 13.5 miles to Blaenau Ffestiniog, with its own attractions, such as Llechwedd Slate Caverns, Zip World Titan and Bounce Below, an underground trampoline or the Welsh Highland Railway where you can travel through some of the most splendid Welsh countryside to Beddgelert. Within driving distance is the Italianate village of Portmeirion, the wonderful Snowdonia National Park and further afield is the Isle of Anglesey. There really is so much to see and do and these lovely cottages can be enjoyed at any time of the year.
