  • "Absolutely fabulous accommodation, superb facilities and lots of extra touches, like the Air Fryer, welcome pack, washing tabs, cleaning fluids to name a few."

Equipment and furnishings of a high quality and plenty of cooking equipment and towels. Beautifully clean and well kept, the gardens will be beautiful in summer. Hot Tub great and in a nice private spot looking over the gardens. Easily located to explore the county and some great walks around the property, some nice eating places as well. Would recommend to family and friends and we can't wait to visit again.

  • "Cesail Y Mynydd was one of the loveliest properties we have stayed in."

The photographs don't do it justice! It was much more spacious than we anticipated, it is luxurious throughout and we had the most blissful week tucked away there. The local Indian takeaway is divine, as is the butcher's and the Farm Shop cafe. You have glorious walks right on your doorstep, and are only a stone's throw away from the coast and Snowdonia. The garden is absolutely glorious, the owners have clearly spent so much time and attention creating this fabulous holiday home. Communication with them was great, we left a dressing gown behind and they very kindly returned it to us. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended the property to friends and family.

The hot tub was the highlight of our week and it's so much nicer that the owner uses eco friendly and skin friendly hot tub cleaning material instead of cheaper chlorine. Pam and Bob have gone the extra mile to make this a great holiday home and I would recommend it to everyone.

  • "This property exceeded all expectations!"

The pics on Sykes don’t do this place any justice. The gardens looks impressive on the website but in reality it’s so much more. The cottage comes overly equipped! No need to bring things such as cotton buds, or washing up liquid! It’s all here, even tin foil… so pack just your necessities like clothes. Towels provided are super soft and plentiful so also save space packing those too. The lounge is very comfortable to relax in and watch a bit of tv, the owners have Netflix set up which is a really bonus! The kitchen is fully equipped! And a pleasure to cook in. Plenty of fridge and freezer space, we also got a Tesco shop delivered the day of our arrival which saved us time not having to venture out for food etc. The bedrooms are really relaxing with so much storage. The beds are very firm but I found that comfortable. They do have a bbq btw with all the bits you’ll need to use it. The owners really have thought of absolutely everything, “home from home” applies to this property!! Steep drive way, we reversed down! The hot tub is of course a luxury and much nicer to use when the weather is bleaker otherwise it’s just so warm! Be mindful that it is quite deep and young children would definitely need supervision…obviously! Locally the Dyserth waterfall is worth a visit and only 50p per person. There is a local shop/post office, an off license, a pub and other shops a 5 minute walk round the corner from the property as well as a Post box. It’s in a great location and there’s a lot to do within an hours drive. Don’t hesitate with booking this property it’s a real gem and the nicest cottage we’ve ever booked.

We very much enjoyed our stay and relaxing in the hot tub after a day exploring the area was a welcome bonus. Thank you to the owners for leaving the welcome provisions which were very much appreciated. We found the bungalow to be nice and homely, although the beds were rather hard for our liking. There was a problem with the hot water supply which seemed to alternate between warm and cold which made running a hot bath almost impossible. We mentioned this to the owner when we saw him midweek. He adjusted the boiler but the problem persisted. Other than this issue everything else was very nice.
