Park up to four cars on the private driveway before entering into this attractive dwelling, stepping onto the engineered wood floor warmed up with underfloor heating.

Discover a bright and spacious open-plan living space lit up with large windows and beautiful copper feature lights hanging from the ceiling; relax with your group in this social space after days outdoors.

The wonderful fitted kitchen is bursting with all you need to rustle up your favourite dishes, with an impressive island home to a gas hob and a breakfast bar to perch at, along with top quality appliances, you can begin making the evening meal whilst still being part of the conversation.

Relax on the sofa as you unwind into the evening watching TV, or take the conversation outside, sliding open the patio doors to access the fantastic hot tub, sinking into the warm bubbling waters!

Enjoy meals alfresco out on your private patio, and on warm days play family games on the large lawn space shared with the neighbouring holiday let.

When sleep takes hold, find a tranquil spot in either the ground-floor king-size or double bedroom, with one boasting patio access and a beautiful en-suite bathroom, whilst the other is served by the family shower room also on the ground floor.

Take the stairs up to the mezzanine to find a relaxing snug space complete with a TV and sofas as well as some games, perfect for finding a quiet moment to yourself.

The charming village of Helsby is home to everything you need on a self-catered stay, with the nearest shops being just over half a mile away, and a pub, The Hornsmill, sitting opposite The Parlour.

The luscious greens of Helsby Golf Club are close by too, with Frodsham Golf Course being within easy reach too, whilst Helsby Hill, mostly owned by the National Trust, is the ideal local walk to begin your exploration of this area, commanding some wonderful views of Cheshire.

Enjoy a day out for all the family at the famous Chester Zoo, home to lions, tigers, giraffes and elephants, you can learn about the incredible work the zoo does for conservation all over the world whilst meeting your favourite animals, as well as taking a trip on the river cruise and dining in the excellent cafés.

Helsby is a village and civil parish in Cheshire, England. There is suggestion the village dates back to the late Mesolithic and early Neolithic era, meaning there is an abundance of history to be found here. Helsby Hill is a wooded sandstone and is mostly owned by the National Trust. With numerous footpaths in the area, leading towards the famous hill fort, giving those active types plenty of walking opportunities. Rock climbers will love this village, as Helsby Hill features a craggy face, giving climbers the perfect opportunity to see how far they can get before tiring! Helsby offers a local supermarket, pub and café for fine food and local produce. Ideally situated for exploring the towns of Ellsemere Port and Warrington, or the walled city of Chester, with so many sites and tourist attractions to be seen.
