  • "The caravan was clean and comfortable but could do with some repairs/replacements."

    The doormat to the entrance of the caravan was covered in bits of dried grass which was difficult to get off. The hair dryer in the double bedroom is faulty and not safe to use but cant be unplugged as it is wired into the wall. The hand held hoover in the cupboard was completely broken in half. The pillows on all the beds were wafer thin. The pipework from the shower underneath the caravan was leaking. The bathroom locks were faulty. The toilet seat in the small toilet was loose but I managed to fix myself. The bench outside the caravan looked shabby and a rusty old chair under the caravan needs throwing away. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

  • "We had a lovely few days staying in this caravan."

    The location was great. Very close to the park and site club and was only a short walk through the site to get to the beach. The caravan itself was clean and was very spacious and quite modern. Making it a comfortable stay. Parking right outside of the caravan. Bedding was provided. Plenty of utensils, cutlery and tableware. Only thing I would say that was missing was a tea towel or oven mitt, without this we found it a little difficult to use the grill/oven.

    Caravan very clean and warm and homely, the main office onside requested 15 pp to stay on there park for duration of short stay , only 6 coat hangers in caravan plus lots of bedding in wardrobes, not much storage for clothes , apart from that very nice , would stay again , television was saying no signal so tuned it in , Caravan was nice but wouldn't stay on the site again 1

  • "It was a last‑minute booking, and when we arrived it was very difficult to find the location of the caravan, as all that was emailed was the key code."

    We had to call Sykes and were on hold for 20 minutes to get a plot number so reception could direct us. On arrival at the caravan, it was clean, but none of the bathroom doors locked. The mattress in the double bedroom was very uncomfortable and felt extremely springy.

Resting on the western side of the River Clwyd is the charming North Wales village of Kinmel Bay.
