  • "Location was perfect for local amenities if needed, and ideal as base to explore sights in the surrounding area."

Parking was fine, but would struggle for a space nearby if more than 1 car. Minor niggling issues to begin with such as lack of toilet paper but they were resolved very promptly. Only ongoing issue we really had was that the bathroom lights uses sensors which sometimes does not seem to work properly and would go off at inopportune times. But overall, we had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend!

  • "Great location - only half an hour walk into Conway, ten mins walk to train station with quick train to Llandudno."

House was very comfortable with everything you need. Downstairs space would feel a bit cramped if all the beds were used but it was fine for us. Could include info on how to use tv and heating as we found both these tricky. Thanks for a great weekend!

Hi Ceri, I'm so happy to hear you had a great weekend! Thank you for the pointers, we have added these to our welcome binder. We appreciate your comment in respect of the downstairs area. We usually put out bean bags for children but were unsure whether this would have been suitable for 5 adults and we thought the current 2 sofas, a large 3 seater, a 2 seater and 2 arm chairs would have been enough room. But please do come again to enjoy the house and the surrounding area. Rebecca + Michael Property Owner

About the location

LLANDUDNO JUNCTION

Conwy 3 miles; Llandudno 3 miles.

Llandudno Junction is a large village, situated within the county borough of Conwy, Wales. The town was built around the railway station, where today you will find many through trains from Manchester to Llandudno. The village also plays host to a number of small businesses, shops, supermarkets, chain restaurants, pubs and a Cineworld. From here, you can cross the famous Conwy Suspension Bridge to access the wonderful market town of Conwy, where you can discover Welsh history by visiting the 13th century fortress, the Smallest House in Great Britain and the historic home, Plas Mawr. Further afield is the larger coastal town of Llandudno, which plays host to the Great Orme, where you can enjoy breath-taking sea and mountain views, offering a challenging walk with a pub at the top. Whilst here, you can also take a walk along the traditional Pier or take a cable car ride to the summit. Llandudno Junction is a superb base for exploring this portion of North Wales.
