  • "What a lovely place."

Felt at home straight away. Warm and cosy and so much bigger then l thought it was going to be!

  • "Seabreeze is a lovely house in a fantastic location."

It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and also 3 minutes to the recreation ground and there is a One Stop shop at the end of the road. The beds are very comfortable, the downstairs shower is fantastic and there is plenty of space. We liked the dining and lounge area being open plan. Thank you for sorting the full outside bin within an hour of us arriving! To improve further I would suggest: a set of Asda wine glasses and a set of Asda water tumblers as the only nice glasses are pint sized. New basic toilet roll holders rather than the corroded, wobbly ones. Nice, normally sized towels rather than the small and almost see through towels we had. A set of good sized hooks along the wall in the hall for coats as there is nowhere to put things like this. A washing machine - this really is essential for a beach holiday home!! The top loading shelf of the dishwasher needs looking at - we could only use the bottom section. Seabreeze has the potential to be a lovely house but needs some attention before we would consider rebooking. It was not at the standard we are used to from Menai holiday cottages but could easily if it was given some TLC and some new items.

  • "This is a lovely house in a great location with ample space."

However the downstairs bedroom had insufficient space with only one small wardrobe and a small side table as the bed was so big there was no room for anything else. There were insufficient glasses unless you were drinking wine or beer. The bin in the kitchen had no lid. The towels were pretty threadbare and the hoover didn't have a brush attachment. There's no instructions for the central heating or white goods. Despite recycling instructions within information book there were no recycling bins. Overall the house is a little bit tired.

  • "Had a great stay and would be happy to revisit."

Great location Llandudno west beach what's not to like. Only issue was the rubbish was not collected on the day specified. However that didn't detract from our stay.

  • "Lovely house in a great location."

Layout perfect for our family with the downstairs bedroom and shower room. Particularly liked the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Will definitely be looking to stay there again.

  • "This is our 3rd visit to the property & we had a fair few issues on our 2nd visit."

However a new owner has recently taken over the property & some of the issues from our previous visit have been fixed. The door into the garden & steps into the garden gave been repaired. The property has a quite a few scuffs & scrapes on the walls but I know it must be difficult when you only have a few hours turnaround between guests. Position is amazing as only a few minutes walk to west shore, garden at the rear for the dog but this could do with a tidy up. Maintenance man attended during the week to repair a dripping tap, leaking bath which must have been reported by the previous guests. He also fixed the toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom which was already broken on our arrival. Lovely dining room table but unfortunately no place mats so I was worried all week about marking it with hot plates. Previously the kitchen was well stocked with numerous serving plates, salad bowls tongues etc. On this occasion we did have enough cutlery, glasses etc & baking trays but could do with some bigger serving tongues, teapot, toast rack, trays etc. Tv in downstairs bedroom still not working(3 years now). Shower room window still not shutting properly & also upstairs kids room still not had blind fixed. I utilised a towel to stop the granddaughter waking up to early when it got light & to stop it getting to hot. Main bedroom has a very large built in wardrobe but we only had 3 hangers for myself & husband. 2nd bedroom also had 3 & downstairs had 6. I hadn't taken any hangers as previously there was an abundance of them. Used the drawers but I'm sure future guests would prefer more. We didn't use the dishwasher bur I do think mosy guests would prefer a washing machine to a dishwasher especially if they have children with them. Maybe a small line & pegs outside would also be appreciated to try damp towels, beach towels etc. Heating was not needed as it was quite mild up until the last night, however we did try to put it on for an hour then but couldn't get it to work(that could be us being a bit thick though). Guest book needs updating as it still shows old WiFi & password. I couldn't get the TV on but luckily son managed to fix it. Bedding was an improvement on last visit but when I stripped the beds when we left a couple of the duvets are stained. Milk, welsh cakes & tea cake we there upon our arrival which was appreciated. All in all I don't think the property is worth the cost in its present state but I am sure once the new owner has has time to get in there and work his magic it will once again return to its former glory as it had the potential to be amazing & is in a great spot. We wish the new owner all the best & as none of the above spoilt our holiday we will look forward to returning for a 4th time once he has put his mark on it. Please don't take out the fireplace though as it is beautiful.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave feedback, as a new owner we welcome constructive feedback. We have taken your feedback onboard and will be addressing the points made. As you mention we have rectified some issues from your previous stays with the previous owner but unfortunately, we have not had a chance to get in to Seabreeze to put our stamp on the home yet and we are certainly looking forward to doing so when there is a gap in the bookings. We are working closely with Menai Holidays and our housekeeping team to address as much as we can on changeover days to cause as little disruption to our guests as possible. We look forward to welcoming you back to Seabreeze in the future. Property Owner

  • "VERY GOOD LOCATION BY WEST SHORE."

DISAPPOINTMENTS ABOUT THE HOUSE. 1) WIFI NAME AND PASSWORD DID NOT WORK, WITH WRONG INFO IN FOLDER. 2) ONLY ONE SET OF HOUSE KEYS, CAUSED PROBLEMS. 3) DISHWASHER NOT WORKING. 4)CONSTANT DRIPPING FROM KITCHEN TAP. 5) NO INSTUCTION INFO FOR APPLIANCES. 6) TWO DUVETS WERE VERY BADLY STAINED. WHICH WAS ONLY DISCOVERED WHEN SRIPPING THE BEDS..

Many thanks for your feedback, as a new owner we welcome all constructive feedback. We are working closely with Menai Holidays and the housekeeping team to improve our guests holiday experience and your feedback has been taken onboard. We hope to welcome you again in future. Property Owner

For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile.
