It was very clean and ready for us on arival. It was spacious, comfortable and had tremendous views of the castle and the sea. It was a great stay. Thank you.

  • "We have just enjoyed a week in Flat 3 and it was a brilliant ‘home from home’."

The flat is very spacious, which was great with a 5 & 7 year old. Comfy sofas, really comfy beds, smart tv, leaflets & maps, and equipped with pretty much everything we needed! The rooms are light and airy, and the views are absolutely stunning, we loved watching the weather and waves. A great base for exploring North Wales & Snowdonia, and we hope to return. Great communication from owner too. Only issue for us was the parking space, far too tight to turn into for our medium sized car. We parked on the road instead which was fine.

  • "This is a lovely, light, spacious, comfortable flat."

At 85 and post heart-attack, we shouldn’t have chosen it with its two flights of stairs! Parking is a bit tricky and could probably be better organised. We left a note saying the extractor fan in the en-suite bathroom wasn’t working.

  • "The Flat is in a good location and generally well looked after."

Criccieth is a very nice place and I would recommend a stay there. The facilities in the flat are quite good and the cleanliness is reasonable. Having said that the cleanliness could be improved, some dust about and when we stripped the bed at the end of the stay, the mattress protector was stained, this should have been washed as it is designed to protect the mattress. There was no mention of the Train lines at the bottom of the garden, this did not affect us as the Train was not running, but it should be made known that the Train runs close to the Flat. Also, the parking access could be improved. The turn into the parking space is very tight and could be made better if part of the hedge and wall was removed.

This place really is a home from home We all loved staying here, myself, my husband and our 2 children So close to all of the amenities and beach, the views are amazing from the huge windows It has absolutely everything you could need and more - just grab your clothes and food and your good to go I would definitely recommend putting a TV in the main bedroom but it won’t stop me from returning in the very near future

A lovely accommodation for a lovely relaxing holiday, very comfortable and well equipped It wasn't a problem to us but maybe highlighting the stairs up to the flat would be useful to people with mobility problems who would struggle especially with luggage

Thank you for your positive comments. I have noted your point about the stairs and have updated the website accordingly. Property Owner
