The property

Nestled by the River Clwyd, within the bustling village of Rhuddlan, is this delightful detached cottage, Jasmine Cottage.

With a quaint white-washed exterior, neighbouring the village's stone church, Jasmine Cottage offers two couples a homely base to retreat to when you're not out and about exploring the North Wales countryside and coast, with the beaches of Pensarn, Rhyl and Prestatyn all within easy reach.

On arrival you will feel right at home in the sitting room where a leather suite, with a sofa and two armchairs, offers a lovely spot to relax before the electric stove-effect fire, with a selection of books to choose from as well as a TV for entertainment.

Step out of the patio doors from here and take pleasure in sitting with an evening drink, with a view over to the church beyond, this private and enclosed space is a great addition to a summer holiday.

Over in the kitchen/diner you can delight in cooking some tasty meals within the rustic cottage surroundings, with a gas hob and electric oven can assist you, serving up meals at the breakfast peninsula dining area.

Uncover the handy utility space further along through the farmhouse door, home to the washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.

Choose a quick shower or a relaxing soak in the roomy P-shape bath with a shower over, set within a spacious shared bathroom on the first-floor.

Discover the king-size bedroom with triple aspect windows creating a light and airy space to settle down in, hang your things in the wardrobe when you arrive, and make use of the delightful bedside lamps and tables for some reading before you drift off.

On the other side of the landing is the double bedroom, enjoying similar features and dual aspect windows, along with crisp white bedding to snuggle under.

Take advantage of your close proximity to the River Clywd and take a scenic walk along the water right up to the centre of Rhyl and onto the beach, either relax on the sands in warm weather or enjoy the host of seafront attractions.
