  • "Only problem being that a door mat at the inside of the entrance door would have been an advantage in saving sand and pibbles being taken into the house although we all changed to slippers once inside the hall it was a little difficult being older without a seat to help us old 'uns, however the property was absolutely fine and well presented- Thank you."

  • "We had a lovely stay at Number 40 & we would highly recommend as it's so well connected to everywhere in the area."

    .. the inside of the bungalow was immaculate & had everything you'd need such as vacuum, mope, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, dish washer etc.... it was great..... the only thing that let it down was the outside of the property at the back which didn't match the photo on the advert. We have two Labradors so the outside space was important to us. On arrival there were 4 lots of someone else's dog poo to pick up so it hadn't been checked when turning the property round & it's a shame the back has been left to overgrow & there were quite a lot of weeds growing which just looks off putting...... Also we let the dogs out for last wee's & discovered there were no outside lights working, so we went to screwfix the next day & bought a torch so we could see at night. I've not scored it down for these slight niggles as we had a great little stay & overall it's a great place......

    We ask all guests to pick up their own dog mess. In relation to the garden We have Aquilegia plants in the garden that are very lovely, until they drop the seeds on the patio. They have waxy leaves and don’t absorb the weed killer. My Flame thrower is the final option . The lights will be considered. Thank you Property Owner

  • "Recently renovated bungalow that met all of our individual needs including two pugs."

    Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Lots of towels. Great location for visiting family in Conwy and surrounding area. More detailed recycling guidance would be useful ♻️ Happy to recommend and would definitely stay here again.

  • "Could not fault this property at all."

    It was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. It’s also perfectly located on a quiet estate with excellent amenities and a short drive to Llandudno, Conway, Rhyl and loads of other great places to explore. Would definitely stay here again.

The town of Penrhyn Bay is situated on the North Wales coast and offers a pebble beach, shops, a pub and two churches. Just three miles away is the town of Llandudno, which lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme. The town offers two superb beaches, one with a wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels, and the other a quieter sandy beach that’s backed by sand dunes and has superb views towards Anglesey. Angel Bay is also a great attraction, where seals return each year. Take a ride on the Great Orme Tramway, peruse the selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés or enjoy a performance at Venue Cymru. The nearby Llandudno Junction is great for families as it boasts its own cinema and family restaurants. Close by is the historic town of Conwy where you can marvel at its impressive castle before immersing yourself in the past at Plas Mawr or roaming the town walls.
