"Bryn Llan is a lovely clean cottage situated in a quiet road."
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal and the bedrooms and lounge are all spacious. We walked up into Bala high street on a couple of occasions and had a lovely meal at the pub and Indian restaurant. We visited Barmouth, Criccieth, Betwys Coed, Bodnant Gardens and on a rainy day to the 50’s museum in Denbigh highly recommend. We didn’t meet Rhianna the owner because she had broken her ankle but did have a lovely phone conversation with her. We would definitely stay there again

"We had a vey comfortable stay at Bryn Llan."
The property was in an ideal location, being within a short walking distance of Bala High Street, the lake and the river.
The bungalow was spacious, clean and comfortable. The large kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook some great meals in the evening, which was a bonus.
We would be more than happy to return to Bryn Llan in the future.

"Bryn Llan is a lovely comfortable bungalow."
We had everything that we needed , and all the amenities we could have wanted. Plenty of space inside and a nice private seating area to the rear with views to the mountains. Situated in Bala not far from the beautiful lake and easy access into the town. Location is idea for exploring north Wales, we had great days out including Barmouth and up to Caernarfon. Finally our host Rhian was so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She communicated prior to our arrival with all the information we needed and checked during our stay to make sure that we were happy. We would definitely stay here again.

"Property was in ideal location, within walking distance of town and lake and on a very quiet cul-de-sac and very spacious!"
Owner rang to check we'd arrived and seemed friendly on the phone. Inside property is dated/tired and some areas (particularly ensuite, kitchen hob and cupboard fronts) could do with a deep clean. Front door was tricky to lock/unlock from inside. Curtains and blinds seemed very old with mold spots and blind in front double room was ripped. Kitchen could do with more equipment for a full house and there was only seating for five in lounge. No local information or welcome goodies eg tea/coffee/milk/eggs. It was a shame not to have any outdoor seating as we were fortunate to have very good weather! Overall comfortable but basic.
Brynllan is always cleaned to a high standard. Achieving the highest score from the Wales Tourist Board Grading.
The importance of quality of the furniture and everything else inside rather than dated is important to me.
The garden furniture was put out. Warm weather very early this year that caught us out.
We do not put a welcome pack since Covid. But should reflect on the price.

"We had a lovely relaxing holiday at Bryn Llan."
It was easy to find and close to both shops and the lake. It was warm, quiet and comfortable and had everything we required. We went on walks every day from the door.

"We had a great holiday at Bryn Llan, the spacious bungalow has everything you could need, washing machine, iron, kitchen equipment ,hairdryer etc, nice private garden to enjoy a glass of wine on an evening and good internet."
Owner really nice lady, phoned to check we had settled in, and to answer any questions we had and called round mid week to check everything was ok.
It is in an Ideal location for exploring the Snowdonia National Park area, 5 min walk to Bala Lake, which is ideal for water sports, walking or just chilling, also has a lake railway and 5 minutes to the town centre, with pubs, resaurants, takeaways, coop and independent shops.
Our only negative was that it is in need of modernisation, but would not put us off returning if we were to return to that area.

"Thank you for a wonderful stay."
The bungalow is spacious and comfortable and the perfect base for exploring the area. We had a lovely Sunday roast at Plas Coch and the chip shop in the high street didn't disappoint either. If you like something a bit different we went to Bounce Below, a 40 minute drive from Bala to jump around on giant trampolines in an old slate quarry which was great fun. Lovely friendly owner, I wouldn't hesitate booking Bryn Llan again if I come back this way with my family.
