  • "Great spacious bungalow, communications from owner were very good."

Slight issue, but rectified very quickly on reporting, could not have asked for more. Would certainly recommend.

  • "We had a great holiday at Bryn Llan, the spacious bungalow has everything you could need, washing machine, iron, kitchen equipment ,hairdryer etc, nice private garden to enjoy a glass of wine on an evening and good internet."

Owner really nice lady, phoned to check we had settled in, and to answer any questions we had and called round mid week to check everything was ok. It is in an Ideal location for exploring the Snowdonia National Park area, 5 min walk to Bala Lake, which is ideal for water sports, walking or just chilling, also has a lake railway and 5 minutes to the town centre, with pubs, resaurants, takeaways, coop and independent shops. Our only negative was that it is in need of modernisation, but would not put us off returning if we were to return to that area.

  • "We had a wonderful week at Bryn Lian-great place for visiting other places ie Port Maddock, Barmouth etc."

Our hostess was a charming and helpful lady - we would certainly stay there again.

  • "Thank you for a wonderful stay."

The bungalow is spacious and comfortable and the perfect base for exploring the area. We had a lovely Sunday roast at Plas Coch and the chip shop in the high street didn't disappoint either. If you like something a bit different we went to Bounce Below, a 40 minute drive from Bala to jump around on giant trampolines in an old slate quarry which was great fun. Lovely friendly owner, I wouldn't hesitate booking Bryn Llan again if I come back this way with my family.
