  • "The cottage is beautiful , full of history with lovely beamed vaulted ceilings , brand new log burners and thick old stone walls."

The garden is huge and very natural but the grassed areas are neatly mown making it easy for dog owners. The scenery amazing as you would expect from such a lovely area. The beaches are only 40mins away at Barmouth and the very quiet undiscovered Fairbourne. Inside the cottage the feather cushions and quality curtains and rugs give a luxury feel. The bed is very comfortable with wonderful Sanderson bedding . The owner Suzanne is lovely and not intrusive at all but there if you need her. Milk ,tea and coffee also Welsh shortbread was provided on arrival. This is a wonderful historic cottage with everything that you need. If you want a modern sleek kitchen this is not for you but if you want a spotlessly clean character filled romantic holiday cottage this is it!.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. I am so pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Old Ty'n Y Wern. I do hope you can come back in September. Thank you, again. Best wishes Suzanne Property Owner
