Utilise the roadside parking before climbing the steps to reach your romantic bolthole, make your way inside and head straight into the fully-equipped kitchen where you can pamper your partner with a delicious meal before stepping out to the decking to savour evening drinks with a spectacular view.

When the sun dips behind the horizon, step back inside and snuggle up on the plush sofa ready for a film night on the Smart TV, ahead of washing off the day’s adventure in the shower room and catching up on some sleep in the bedroom.

While the day away upon the glorious, golden shores of Nefyn Beach where you can admire the picturesque sea vistas, your dogs roam freely.

Later head into the centre of the village to stock up on all of your self-catering essentials before enjoying date night at one of the best beach bars in the world, Ty Coch Inn.

Porth Meudwy is a small cove which is well worth a visit and from here you can head over to magical Bardsey Island and check out the wildlife and birds.

Porth Ysgo and Porth Iago are a must-visit too and a fantastic stretch of beach, which is owned by the National Trust, can be found at Porthor and to get to it, there is a gorgeous walk along the coastal path which is rewarded with some great views along the way.

If you are a keen surfer, then you have to go to Porth Neigwl which is popular with surfers and offers miles of beaches.

Head inland for an adventure filled day at Glasfryn Parc home to kayaking, paddleboarding, segways, go karting and archery or make your way to Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park which houses a myriad of walking and hiking trails all offering unbeatable views; the brave among you may even try to summit Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon).

The national park is also home to Harlech Castle, Zip World, Rhaeadr Ewynnol Swallow Falls, and the National Slate Museum; there is truly something for everyone!

NEFYN

Pwllheli 7 miles; Snowdonia 25 miles.

The pretty coastal town of Nefyn sits atop sweeping cliffs on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula, and features a fine two mile stretch of sandy beach, popular with families. The town offers a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and is within reach of the amenities of the popular towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch. The coastline around this region is dotted with castles and coves, while fishing, sailing and water sports are all available.
