  • "The owner was very helpful and informative."

They guided us through how everything works and had no issue with us messaging them if we needed anything, even helped us find the best local Chinese takeaway

  • "As a family of 3 generations we absolutely loved this house, it was huge, comfortable and very warm."

The games room was a big hit the huge snooker table also had a pool set, there was table tennis, badminton for the back garden, the coffee table turned into roulette not to mention other games… We loved the dinner and the welcome goodies were amazing. We had so much fun and made lots of memories! Thank you the Moores for a fabulous stay.

  • "We all had a brilliant time thank you ,having darts competition’s plus pool and snooker, The kitchen was great only thing missing was a sieve or colander to drain pasta."

    The reindeer made me chuckle

  • "The house itself was lovely and both the kids and adults really enjoyed all the games ( snooker table, darts, pinball and arcade games) The house was let down by a tired looking couch with holes, uncomfortable dining room table and the temperatures of the bedrooms."

The upstairs was really cold with the pipes banging all day and night. The downstairs bedroom had no radiator at all and was freezing, far from ideal with a 4 month old baby. We visited in October and found it really cold so couldn't imagine how cold it would be in December.

The children were so excited at all the extras provided and the welcome pack was much appreciated. The cinema room and popcorn was a big hit! Thank you for a lovely stay.
