"Lovely cottage in a very quiet location , fully equipped with everything you would ever need."
Highly recommended if your looking for a stay in Snowdonia, , Snowdon is 45min-1hr drive away, train ride to summit you will need pre-book this, we did.
Had a fantastic hoilday exploring the area, dispite the unsettled weather in July.

"We had a brilliant holiday!"
The owner, Gareth, was great and very understanding of our mishaps!
The only drawback was the lack of heavy curtains in the bedrooms which meant it was tricky to get a lie-in past 5am!

"A lovely cottage."
Very helpful host. Good well equipped kitchen. Surprised by the stairs forming part of the landing (landing not all one level). Would be helpful to know this when booking. The blinds in the back bedroom were very ineffective at blocking the light. Fortunately I had a travel blackout blind for my daughter to use otherwise she would have struggled to sleep. Dining area quite tight but it worked for the four of us. Loved the garden area which was a real afternoon/evening sun trap.

"Tir Bedw is in a very quiet location down a dead end lane just outside Edern village."
There is ample parking, one car outside the door and any others in the adjacent field. The cottage was scrupulously clean with a well equiped modern kitchen. My bedroom was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The lounge and dining rooms would be a bit crowded with six people using them, but all rooms were warm when Gareth kindly put on the central heating. The back garden is enclosed and ideal for anyone with a dog or small children. I had a pleasant relaxing week, and explored a good part of the Lleyn.

"Very pretty cottage situated outside small village with a massive rear garden."
Well equipped and well maintained. Mobile reception is not good but WiFi is available and free. Beds are so comfortable and linens are fresh and clean. Very clean and homely. You might need to mind your head to some doors as they're not fit to tall people because I think, this is an old house converted to holiday cottage. Apart from that, it's an exceptional accomodation for a family to stay in north Wales.

"Really enjoyed our stay thank you."
Plus points- cosy lounge, great bedrooms well stocked kitchen, very large garden. As we had the grandkids with us the local playground was well used. The beach is 1.5 miles away.
Negative points- very small dining room. 6 adults would struggle to fit in. Thankfully we could eat outside as the weather was dry. Very low door frames. Inevitably as a 191cm man I banged my head and suffered from concussion. Beware tall people!

"Lovely place to stay."
The facilities were great and the kitchen was really well equipped. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we had a lovely stay. The large back garden was an added bonus and was great for sitting out in the sub.
We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back as it was the perfect location for exploring the Llyn Peninsula.

"Lovely well equipped Welsh cottage."
Spacious kitchen with all mod cons. Three bedrooms with four beds was an added bonus for four single friends.
Excellently situated close to fabulous beaches, pretty villages and good walks that cater for every ability.
Friendly owners who made you aware that they were available if needed.
Recommended. We will return.

"We have been visiting this cottage for over 20 years."
The owners are great, nothing is too much trouble for them. There are lovely beaches all within either a good walk or a short drive. Good pubs to visit, The Ship in Edern, Bryn Cynan and The Cliffs in Morfa Nefyn. The Nanhoran in Nefyn. All of them serve excellent food. Make sure you book though. If passing a golf club whilst out walking, pop in for a pint and lunch. Unlike English snobby golf clubs, they are welcoming to all. The Wades of wirral

"Tir Bedw is compact and comfortable."
The dining area and living room are on the smallish side but the kitchen is a decent size and well equipped. There are three decent sized bedrooms - I was there on my own so I only used the double bed which was comfortable. The TV and wifi was good and there are plenty of sockets throughout. There's a decent sized garden at the back but because of the weather I didn't use it. Parking is roadside - in front of the cottage (v little traffic on the lane) but about twenty yards away - there is a large field which can also be used. The arrangements for arrival and departure were straightforward. The cottage is down a quiet, rarely used lane and its a useful base for touring the Lleyn Peninsula. I enjoyed my stay and would certainly use this property again.
