Annedd Wen is a wonderful family holiday home, overlooking the sea in Rhosneigr on the Isle of Anglesey.

This property is perfect for a joyous family or group getaway as it is just a short stroll from the gorgeous beach, has incredible sea views to admire alongside ground-floor living and a woodburning stove.

Enter Annedd Wen to be greeted by a bright entrance hall to kick off your sandy flip flops, before making your way into the sitting room, which boasts a traditional bay window that highlights the idyllic beach views.

Jump on one of the two sofas to sit back and switch on holiday mode beside the woodburning stove that’ll warm you up after a day of dipping in and out of the sea on the beach.

As you sink into the furniture, switch on the TV to find something for everyone to watch on SKY.

Head to the nearby beach of Traeth Crigyll, popular for watersports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing, and ideal for sandcastle building and paddling with little ones for a day out everyone will be buzzing about.

Stroll around Llyn Maelog, a Site of Special Scientific Interest, abundant with flora and fauna, before joining the Anglesey Coastal Path at the south end of the lake, towards the impressive sand dunes of Tywyn y Llyn.

Keen golfers can choose from several picturesque courses to see who will be crowned champion out of everyone.

Fishing and sailing are also popular activities to take part in for the family.

Pay a visit to RAF Valley, known for being the training base for Prince William's Air Sea Rescue, while children will enjoy a visit to Pili Palas butterfly farm and Anglesey Sea Zoo to be in awe and up close with some creatures.

The seaside resort of Trearddur Bay offers a selection of glorious beaches, while the market town of Holyhead boasts breathtaking coastal walks, fascinating Roman remains, and Breakwater Country Park, filled with wonderful walks and wildlife, to find a perfect picnic beauty spot.

The popular seaside village of Rhosneigr is situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey, famous for its spectacular cliffs and magnificent sandy beaches. The village has a varied history including a 6th century church, tales of smugglers, famous off-shore shipwrecks and from the Edwardian era it has been a fashionable holiday destination. Today it is known for its magnificent beaches and renowned watersports, providing some of the best windsurfing and kitesurfing in the UK, with tuition available in the village. Activities include fishing, sailing, sand yachting, wreck diving, golf and hours of family fun on the enormous sandy beaches. There are several pubs, restaurants and shops in the village, with the market towns of Llangefni and Holyhead (starting point for day trips to Dublin), and the city of Bangor within easy travelling distance. Rhosneigr is located near to RAF Valley, famed for Prince William's Air Sea Rescue training base.
