"Lovely, clean, comfortable, spacious apartment."
We felt at home from day 1, and Peter was a great host who made us feel very welcome. Great location for walking to beach, pubs, resteraunts, cafes and shops, yet has street parking at front and is quiet in the evening. The Morning sun floods into the kitchen and back garden so you start your day on a high.

"We had a lovely stay at Coniston we were so very lucky with the weather as we had blue sky from morning till night on almost all of the days."
The only thing we found was that we did feel quite cold when leaving the sitting room to go into another room as the heating does knock itself down to quite low. We met one of the owners Peter, who was a really friendly person. I am sure that we will be back again.

"This was our 2nd time staying at Coniston."
The location is very good and we enjoyed our stay as much of the 1st time. The welcome package is a good addition, especially the milk. Well maintained spacious property.

"Coniston, in Rhos on Sea is a lovely ground floor apartment, very spacious and clean, close to the beach on a quiet avenue, the bedroom is very large and airy, the large lounge was very comfortable, the bathroom is light and clean and the kitchen well equipped and it had everything we needed, car parking was on the street outside but we did not have any trouble parking as we parked directly outside the property, we would love to stay again if visiting North Wales."

"This is a really lovely property in a quiet location."
We were initially worried it didn't have private parking but all was well with plenty of local roadside parking available. The property was very clean, comfortable and well appointed (although a vegetable peeler would have been useful!). Beautiful location within a 5 minute stroll of the promenade.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay though the weather was somewhat cold."
The lounge valor automatic fire was a boon giving us the warmth we needed. We were impressed with Rhos and the freedom to park without endless fee paying. Overall, we intend to revisit Rhos again.

"Overall a very enjoyable stay."
It was really warm and comfortable and cleanliness was spot on.It was nice to have a welcome pack which was appreciated and no problem whatsoever with parking Just a small point would be to say that a shower gel/soap holder would be an asset in the shower. Hope to return in the future,
