  • "Cottage lovely in nice location."

We got lots of stings as the garden area had lots of overgrown nettle bushes around. One of the garden chairs was broken. Double gate to drive has gap under it so need to be careful with smaller breed dogs, rest of garden areas secure. Couldn't initially find appliance instructions. First time we haven't been left a welcome starter on arrival i.e. milk biscuits. Being all Vegan, we were not happy with down duvets and feather pillows. Could be a problem for those with allergies too. All in all though we would visit again, now that we are familiarised with the property.

Thank you very much for your feedback on your stay at "Ty Croes".We are pleased that you found the cottage to be lovely , in a nice location and that you would visit again.Unfortunately we do not provide milk biscuits due to allergy issues.Fortunately ,according to Google , "True feather and down allergies are extremely rare".The missing screw in the garden chair has been replaced. The patch of nettles has been removed.Thank you again for your feedback and for staying at "Ty Croes".Kind regardsMichael Stringer Property Owner

  • "We recently stayed at Ty Croes, whilst working at Glan Clwyd Hospital, it’s a decent sized property with enough room for four contractors."

It couldn’t be in a quieter location, there is a pub near by and it’s a couple of miles off of the main road, but it was ideal for us, offering flexible accommodation. I’d definitely book it again if we ever have to go back to work at Glan Clwyd.

Good enclosed garden which was safe for a dog. Situated in a small village with good access to coastal towns.

Dear Mr O’ Connell, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your review. We’re pleased that you enjoyed your stay. The issue with cobwebs and dust has now been resolved through a change of cleaning company. Best wishes Michael Stringer Property Owner
