The property

Offering a unique opportunity, Beachside is situated right next to the golden sands of Ffrith Beach (less than a 2 minute walk finds you on the beach) and yet is within easy walking distance of the bustling town of Prestatyn, Denbighshire.

Beachside is a well-presented detached property hosting five bedrooms for ten guests, ideal for families or groups of friends, this attractive abode is a great base for exploring the North Wales coast, offering an ideal location close to local amenities as well as a charming off-road track leading from the property to the beach.

Spend your summer evenings outside taking in the fresh sea air; the garden is home to a lawn and a patio with dining furniture, where you can enjoy a family barbecue on those balmy summer evenings.

There are plenty of attractions within easy reach of the property such as The Roman Bath House, well-preserved ancient ruins, and Gwrych Castle, a magnificent Grade I listed castle and grounds boasting glorious views of the encompassing landscapes.

Spend an afternoon wandering the Rhuddian Local Nature Reserve and taking in the pretty scenery; the nature reserve focusses on creating the perfect climate for wildlife to thrive, making it a lovely day out for walkers, animal lovers and explorers alike.

Animal lovers will also enjoy a day at SeaQuarium Rhyl, a waterfront aquarium featuring species from around the world an a captivating Seal Cove where the harbour seals and pups go to rest.

Further afield you can visit the popular seaside town of Llandudno, known for its dramatic pier and wealth of shops, cafés pubs and waterfront stalls.
