  • "We were very impressed with every thing about the property ."

    The wildlife were amazing.We had Deer drinking from the pond , fox , hares , rabbits , variety of birds and not forgetting the resident Guinea Fowl . The property was so clean and of a very high standard . Tom was so helpful and was always on hand if we needed him . I would recommend this property Kind regards Anne & Graham .

The Log Cabin at Irton Manor is a stunning lodge located near the quaint village of Irton, North Yorkshire.

Constructed from whole logs, this cabin is nestled in a picturesque corner of the estate and offers a wonderful retreat for friends, families and couples in search of a relaxing getaway.

As you enter through the grand gates of Irton Manor and down a private track, you'll stumble upon this tucked-away south-facing cabin.

Step inside the open-plan living space featuring a quaint yet fully-equipped kitchen and a lounge-come-dining area, beautifully-decorated in a country lodge style, with plush seating and a large woodburning stove for evenings in.

Through the hallway, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms; one features a versatile super king bed, that converts into two singles, and the other a double bed.

Both bedrooms boast ample storage and share a bathroom.

Additionally, a useful utility room offers the essentials such as a washer and dryer for those longer stays.

Two sets of French doors lead from the front of the cabin onto a spacious decked area, furnished with tables and chairs for al fresco dining.

Adjacent to the deck is a four-seater hot tub, ideal for relaxation and stargazing.

And just a short stroll away, down a gravel path, lies a small summer house and barbecue area, perfect for unwinding with friends or family.

Nature enthusiasts will revel in the surroundings, with wildflowers, grassed areas, trees and a pond.

It’s an idyllic haven for observing wildlife, with frequent sightings of deer, rabbits, hares, and a variety of birds, and during the enchanting hours of dawn and dusk the badgers and foxes come out to play.

Only three miles away lies the vibrant seaside town of Scarborough, while the peaceful coastal town of Filey is just seven miles away.

Nearby attractions include charming coastal areas like Ravenscar, Robin Hood's Bay and Whitby or attractive inland villages and towns such as Thornton-le-Dale, Pickering and Helmsley, along with Dalby Forest and the North Yorkshire Moors, featuring quaint villages and an history steam railway.

The picturesque Yorkshire Wolds is to the south and Castle Howard, a notable landmark, is a must-visit to the west.

Further adventures await at the nearby Yorkshire Water Park, offering outdoor water activities, scenic walks around the lakes, zip wires, and a café, perfect for a day of family fun.
